Bringing a new kitten home is an exciting time — and it’s important to make sure your furry friend gets the best start in life. At Cara Veterinary Group, we offer a FREE Pre-Vaccination Kitten Health Check for kittens aged 6 to 10 weeks old.
Our friendly and experienced veterinary nurses will examine your kitten, offer tailored care advice, and help you set up the right diet, vaccination schedule, and parasite control plan.
What’s Included in the Free Kitten Health Check
During your free kitten check, our team will guide you on the following:
- Feeding routines and diet recommendations
- Vaccination planning and timing
- Parasite prevention – fleas and worms

This early visit helps us detect any minor health issues before they become serious, and ensures your kitten starts their life on the right paw!

- This free service is for healthy kittens only. If your kitten appears unwell, please book an Illness Consultation instead.
- Appointments are available Monday to Saturday.
- Not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
