Who can use “Ask the Vet”?

How quickly will I get a reply?

We aim to reply during clinic hours. If your pet’s problem sounds urgent, we’ll ask you to book an appointment or follow our emergency guidance.

Can you diagnose or prescribe online?

No. Online advice is for guidance only and may direct you to an in-person examination before diagnosis or prescriptions can be provided.

What should I include in my question?

Pet’s name, species/breed, age, current symptoms, when they started, current meds, and clear photos/videos if relevant.
