- Rabies vaccinations are not included in PHP membership.
- Excluded from “Free Vet Visits”: medication, tests, house calls, emergencies, and third-party vet visits.
- Membership is like a gym subscription — no refunds for unused allowances. Members must collect flea and worm treatments every 3 months.
