Animal welfare is at the heart of Cara Veterinary Hospital's ethos. We have dedicated our lives to the care of animals and continue to do so. We have always striven to uphold the welfare of rescue animals.

We are aware of the investigation that is currently taking place into the activities of Ashton Dog Pound and feel that, until they are completed, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage.

Please be reassured however that the whole team at Cara Veterinary Hospital has always been and will continue to be committed to caring as best as we can for those animals entrusted to our care.
